Over the last month, we have seen hurricanes, earthquakes, and forest fires move across us, under us, around us, and leave destruction in their wake. Sometimes, for those on the periphery, those who long to do something, but don’t know where to start, the overwhelming need can simply be paralyzing.
That’s why we are excited to partner with and share about the work of Missio Dei Anglican Church in the East end of downtown Houston. They’ve named their relief efforts Resurrect Houston. In the midst of overwhelming need, they found a place to start, and continue the work to rebuild and repair their city. Listen as their rector, Mark Ball, shares how the heart of Resurrect Houston is being worked out through the hands of the church. And then join in what God is doing by going here to give.
Resurrect Houston is funded by the Matthew 25 Initiative, the Anglican Relief and Development Fund (ARDF), and generous individuals. Go here to give to the ARDF’s work with the hurricane relief efforts in Houston.
